This dress from Fashion To Figure was a great choice to try out our first studio session. I got the dress for the holidays, but ended up going a different direction for my NYE look. But since celebrations happen year round I knew I'd still be able to feature it on the blog.
If you've got a formal or semi-formal party coming up this winter, and you're looking for something affordable and stylish check out this fun, fancy dress from FTF. It's shimmery gold metallic look is sure to make you feel festive. It's also currently on sale so that will make your wallet happy as well!
The dress can be worn year round given its color and style. It's form hugging silhouette will accentuate your curves wonderfully. I loved it the moment I saw it! I went with my standard minimalist look with respect to accessories since most times I just want the dress to be the dress and let it work its magic.
Again, if you like it snatch it up quick because they're down to three sizes on the website but you might able to find your size at your local store.
Let me know if you grab one & tell me what you think!
Dress: Fashion To Figure Starlight Metallic Gold Gown (wearing a 2x)
Necklace: Target (found on clearance; might not be available online)
*Style note: I'm always a little leery about a front slit for sitting purposes. I don't mind showing a little leg, but I don't too much out there. I always recommend (and practice) sitting in a dress to see how it'll be when you're seated. It might make the difference in whether you like the dress or not. With this dress I was fine with the amount of front 'exposure'.
